PACT is run by Scott Farrow and Alex Morrison.
 
Scott has an established training background and currently delivers the Initial Police Learning and Development Program (IPLDP) course to new police recruits.

Alex also has an established police training background, including training interview selection panels. His qualifications include the PGCE (Post-Graduate Certificate of Education) and he is an NVQ D32/33 Assessor.
