Why should i do a course with you? A. If you are confident that you will be the 1 in 7 who is sucessful then there is little point in using us. Consider the advantage you will have over other candidates if you invest in our course,compared to the cost of failure.
Q.What if i can't make it to a one of your courses? A. Don't worry, we now have a home study guide. Q. Do I have to pay the full course fee in advance? A. No. A deposit of £50 will secure your place on a course
Q. What numbers do you have on your courses? A. The maximum is usually 10 students to 2 instructors with a maximum of 5 students for the role-play exercise.
Q. Won't I look stupid in front of other people? A. You will need to do the role-play in front of people for the aseessment and it will be better to make mistakes with us. We are very supportive and it's not the daunting experience you would expect. If you want to be a Police Officer you won't have much choice about whether you have an audience or not.
Q. What training materials do you provide? A. We provide you with a 70 page course guide which includes everything we do on the day which includes PIRT, Role-play and the structured interview.
Q. When is the best time to do a course? A. The sooner the better. This will allow you more time to prepare. You may only have a few weeks warning of your assessment date.
Q. Will you help me after the course? A. Yes. We will be more than happy to discuss your progress with you and to examine your preparation work.
Q. What if i have a disability like asthma or dyslexia. Will this affect my application? A. You will need to speak to the relevant force you are considering applying for as they may their own specific criteria or support mechanisms
Q. I have a tattoo. Will this stop me applying? A. You will need to speak to the relevant force you are considering applying for as they have individual guidelines regarding the types and position of acceptable tattoos.
