If your written application is successful, you will be allocated a date for your Day 1 assessment. We would advise that you don't wait till then before completing one of our courses. You need time to prepare and practice so don’t leave it until the last minute.

You will be provided with information in advance as to where to go and what you will need to take with you. This will also include the 'Westshire Centre Welcome Pack', which you will need to study in detail.                           

Be prepared to be at the centre for 4-5 hours. The assessment will consist of three elements which are conducted in a carousel system. You could start your assessment at any stage of the carousel. The three elements are the PIRT, Interactive Role-Play and a Structured Interview.

Food and drinks are not normally provided, so take some light refreshments with you.
